Every time I went into Best Buy, I always had a bad experience. Bad customer service, employees couldn't answer my question, I was even treated rudely by a female employee. But! Today I had no choice but to go in for phone service. A young lady named Renica waited on me, she was very professional, down to earth, great conversationalists, awesome great personality all around. She made a difference on how I view Best buy. Thank you Renica for a great experience. A.S.

I had a disappointing experience with an employee named Samirah today. She was very dismissive and seemed annoyed that I was asking for help. While speaking to a manager over the radio, she turned her back to me and incorrectly described my concern as me complaining about being charged twice, even though we had already established that wasn't what happened. The supposed "manager" never even came to the front to speak with me or try to assist. She made little effort to understand or help with the issue beyond printing a receipt and telling me to contact my bank. I completely understand that she may not have been able to resolve the issue, but the dismissive attitude and lack of willingness to help were unnecessary and disappointing.

I had an amazing experience at the Best Buy in Gainesville FL today. Ordered a fairly large curbside pick up order and was waiting longer than expected. I went inside the store and had the pleasure of encountering Anthony S. He immediately identified what was holding up the order, explained how he was going to fix it, set expectations regarding the timeline of the resolution and made sure I was comfortable while he fixed it. This was the best customer service experience I have had in a very long time. Anthony S. Saved my day and knows exactly what he is doing in his role.

Bestbuy’s phone-based AI garbage seemed to imply I could bring a trade-in for an online purchase into the store (vs. mailing in). Once in the store, most employees were helpful, but one of the supervisors (?) who assisted the employee I was working with was quite condescending. Instead of listening and asking questions to understand the situation, I was treated like I was making things up and didn’t know how to read. Waste of time (thanks, AI) and unpleasant experience.

Daniel in the Samsung department is the best at Best Buy! I went in there for one thing and left with the best products ever! I needed a new phone and I got a Samsung watch, a tablet and the new earbuds! He was so polite and well mannered! I brought in my little Pomeranian in with me and he recommended I go to see his wife at Petco Grooming too and I just might! 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
